Hairou (配浪) is a town on the eastern shore of Shin County in the Kingdom of Kou. It takes half a day to get to the county office by wagon from Hairou.[1] It takes five days traveling on the high road to get to Goso.
Hairou is first seen in episode two when Youko is captured and brought to the Village Hall.
