Rosen Palace (露茜宮[1], Dew-Madder Palace) is one of the many palaces located on Mt. Hou. This is the palace where Taiki lived in until he descended to the Tai Kingdom.
In TokyoPop's translation Rosen Palace is known as the Pagoda of Twilit Dew.
