Zuiun (瑞雲, auspicious cloud)[1] is a trail of clouds created by a Genbu when it descends from Mt. Hou with a newly ascended monarch on its back. It is a sign to the people of a kingdom that its new ruler has arrived and that peace and order will come. As such, the zuiun is regarded as an auspicious sign and regarded with great happiness amongst the people of a kingdom.
